1. License grant
Subject to the final purchase terms, Pilot Journey grants the purchaser a limited, personal, non-transferable license to install and use the software on supported devices within the allowed activation limit.
2. Permitted use
Pilot Journey is licensed for personal simulation use. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer or provide the software or license key to another person except where applicable law expressly permits it.
3. Updates and compatibility
Software updates may change features, requirements or simulator compatibility. Current compatibility information will be published on the download and support pages.
4. Third-party services
Some features can interact with third-party services such as SimBrief and Lemon Squeezy. Those services are governed by their own terms and availability.
