Contact support within 14 days of purchase if Pilot Journey cannot be installed, activated or connected on a setup listed as fully supported. We will help troubleshoot it. If we cannot get that supported setup working, you can request a refund.

Is Pilot Journey a subscription?

No. Pilot Journey is a one-time licence. There is no recurring subscription.

Is €30 the full product price?

Yes. €30 is the one-time licence price. There is no renewal and no higher-priced feature tier.

How many computers can I activate?

Two personal computers. This supports a normal same-PC setup or a simulator PC plus a separate career console.

How will I receive Pilot Journey?

Your licence key is emailed the moment the payment goes through, and Paddle sends the receipt separately. Download the installer for your computer from the download page and enter the key when the career console asks for it.

Can I use Pilot Journey with Xbox or PS5?

Not in the current version. Xbox and PS5 support is planned for a future update. The current version requires MSFS 2020 or 2024 on a Windows simulator PC.
